How is Brieff different?
Brieff is an advisory platform purposefully built to help ambitious accounting firms deliver high-impact advisory services to more of their client base.

While most accounting-tech software in the advisory space focuses on client financials, Brieff instead helps firms to elevate their service delivery through powerful workflow and engagement features that promote stronger client relationships, increased client engagement, and greater value delivery.

Many firms use Brieff alongside their favourite reporting tool, pairing financial insights with critical client context and structure that Brieff provides.
Do you have integrations?
Yes! Brieff integrates with Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Calendar for seamless meeting management.

It also works with all major video conferencing providers - including but not limited to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet - to help you capture and summarise client sessions effortlessly.
How does Brieff’s AI Notetaker work?
Brieff’s built in AI Notetaker records and transcribes your client meetings, then automatically compiles an easy to read summary. Inside Brieff, you’ll also have access to the video recordings and transcripts for every meeting recorded with the AI Notetaker.
Do you integrate with cloud accounting systems like Xero?
Not currently. We focus on delivering client context and insights through Check ins, rather than pulling raw financial data. This approach helps advisors foster more meaningful, people-first conversations.
How do I get support if I need help?

Check-ins

How do clients receive Check-ins?
Clients are sent Check-ins through email, and can also be optionally sent as an SMS. After a client has completed their Check-in, they will receive an email with their completed response.
What if a client has multiple contacts?
Great! You can have as many contacts for a client as you'd like. Each contact can also be sent their own Check-in, which is a fantastic way to reveal a team's differences, alignments, and key discussion points.
Do clients need a login?
No. Clients don’t need a login or user account. They receive Check-ins, meeting materials, and action reminders directly via email (optionally SMS for Check-ins as well). Everything is mobile friendly, so they can respond on the go.
How many Check-ins can I send?
Unlimited! There’s no limit to how many Check ins you can send, or how many contacts you can send them to. Use Check ins as often as you need to gather real time insights before your client meetings.
Will clients complete their Check-in?
We see an average completion rate above 80%. Brieff automates reminder emails so you don’t have to chase clients. You can also send an onboarding email directly from Brieff, explaining how it all works and why Check ins are important.

And just so you know, we have some exciting product developments in the pipeline that will make receiving and completing Check-ins even easier!

Pricing and implementation

How do I know which plan is right for my firm?
The only difference between each pricing tier is the number of clients you can add to Brieff. All plans come with unlimited users and have unlimited access to all features, including our AI Prep and AI Notetaker. We recommend selecting the plan that caters to the number of clients your firm would like to meet with on a regular basis.  

All tiers are monthly plans, come with a free 14-day trial, and can be changed or cancelled at anytime. Please get in touch if we can help with any other pricing enquiries.
How do I onboard my firm onto Brieff?
We make it simple. Every new Brieff user gets a complimentary 45 minute setup session, so you can start using Brieff with clients right away. For a more extensive rollout, we offer a 6-week Success Program, which is ideal for training your entire team, diving into best practices, and tailoring Brieff to your workflow.

Can I archive clients?
Absolutely! If you’re no longer holding advisory meetings with a client, you can simply archive them in Brieff. This hides them from your active client list while preserving their data—and archived clients won’t count toward your overall client total.

You can always unarchive a client if they become active again.

Who owns our data? And what happens if we decide to cancel our subscription?
You own all your data - Brieff is simply the secure platform that helps you collect, organise, and act on it. If you ever decide to cancel, we’ll make sure you can export and retain everything you need.

Does Brieff use your data to serve other customers?
The data you submit and the responses you receive through Brieff and our AI tools are used only to serve your experience. They are not used to train models across customers or shared between customers.
